Caroline Gilby visited the North East Wine Region

In October 2023 we had the pleasure to welcome Caroline Gilby Master of Wine, speaker and consultant, expert in the field of wines and terroirs of Central and Eastern Europe. Caroline has known and visited Bulgaria for years, and her opinion and realistic perspective helps many of us wine drinkers to check our wine clocks.

This time Caroline was in Bulgaria at the invitation of the Bulgarian Association of Wine Professionals BAWP in conjunction with International Mavrud Day,but managed to fit in a visit to several wineries in the North East region.
