Chateau Boshnakoff started its production in 2020 in the village Ezerovo, 10 km west from Varna. It was founded by the Boshnakov family, whose winemaking history began in 1995 with an investment in a winegrowing company.
The vineyards are located in three separate estates in the villages of Slanchevo, Pripek and Ezerovo. The vineyards are 1500 dka located mainly on sandy and light soils, close to the natural landmark Pobiti Kamani.
The varieties worked with in the winery are Varna and Vrachanski misket, Traminer, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc - for the white wines. For the production of red and rosé wines the varieties Pinot Noir, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Marselan and Merlot are used.
Chateau Boshnakoff specializes in creating wines of the highest class, using modern technologies and the latest trends in winemaking. High-end white, rosé and red wines are produced that reflect the specificity of the maritime climate. Tastings are also held by prior request.
The production uses own raw materials, carefully sorted and hand selected, after which they undergo gentle processing in a state-of-the-art technologically equipped cellar. The aim is to preserve the particularity of each variety and its typical distinctive aromatic qualities. Emphasis is placed on purity in the production process itself, from the reception of the grapes to the final product.
