Our history

Jarava is the dream come true of Desi and Joro, who dream of having a winery in Bulgaria and creating quality wines that bring true emotion and delight.

They work in limited series of wines in order to give the necessary attention to each wine.

They use grape varieties such as Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Sauvignon Blanc and Varna Muscat for their wines. They create their wine from grapes caressed by the wind and kissed by the sun, grown in the Bulgarian Northeast. They strive to convey the charm of the terroir in the wine of Jarava - the sea breeze, the sunny days, the place itself.

The very word "jarava" for Desi and Joro is love, passion, poetry, but also a symbol of inspiration and sparks in life. It is the ability to enjoy the moment, here and now. The ability to enjoy life, in every moment of it.
