The cellar was built in 2006 after a winemaking plan. It is located right through the vineyards because the family believes that grapes and wine should go hand in hand. Years earlier, the dream itself called "Prisoe" was born in 1993 when Rumen and Gichka Baltadzhievi began their first attempts at independent wine production.
The first vines were of the Chardonnay variety, which were planted in the spring of 2007, and in 2008 the vineyard was expanded and Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc were planted. There is no way to miss the local variety Vrachanski Misket, which the family planted in the winter of 2019. Thus, the vineyards reach an area of 45 acres, and all operations in them are carried out solely by the Baltadzhievi family, in order to optimize care and ensure maximum consistency in operations. In this way, they always guarantee high quality and optimal yields.
Winemaking is mainly handled by the young heir and technologist Stefan Baltadzhiev, who is an oenologist by education.
